Are you a graduate, young and energetic looking for first hand experience to add to your CV? Join our Call centre team to carry out the below responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Debt Collections & Follow ups
  2. Customer care and relations
  3. Provide feedback and creative ideas based on the ground experience with customers to the products/platform tech road map development
  4.  Prepare customers repayment and collection schedules
  5. Contract clients for loan amounts collection as at when they fail due and employing recovery tactics for the secured loans
  6. Negotiate payment arrangements with the customer who has delinquent loans
  7. Updating the system and reporting on amounts collected on a daily basis to the line manager
  8. Working to meet the set collection targets, advise on any variances encountered and recommend on the best recovery measures to undertake
  9. Maintain their portfolio at risk below 5% per month
  10. Closing down of the paid up loan accounts in the system
  11. Any other assignment by their superiors.

Skills Required:

  1. Basic computer skills: Excel, word, Google Drive
  2. Ready to work with targets while ensuring quality output
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  4. High level of interpersonal maturity, poise, aggression and professionalism
  5. Unwavering commitment to service and customer orientation
  6. Team player who demonstrates a positive attitude, energy, entrepreneurial spirit, dedication to collaboration, and sense of humor
